Flock's Process Automation feature can help you automate recurring tasks and processes— from common to custom workflows and even the most complex repetitive functions. Process automation helps your team be more productive on a daily basis by doing the work in the background… which frees you up to do more of the work you enjoy.

Process automation removes the hassle of manually processing repetitive or redundant tasks that often take up too much of your time, can cause unnecessary delays, or possibly lead to human error. Many processes you do over and over again—like employee onboarding and reimbursement claims— can be done automatically and in real time with process automation.

How to use process automation in Flock

Managing multiple manual processes or tasks can become quite cumbersome and time-consuming. Flock's Process Automation tool integrates seamlessly with Flock's messenger to give you real-time updates on the tasks you are a part of, or processes you have started.

The Process Automation module is available to all Flock PRO users. Free users can create 3 automation templates with a maximum of 5 runs each. Automating a process is made easier with pre-installed process templates and a built-in Process Designer to create new ones. Once team members start a process, they can monitor its progress and work on relevant tasks.
