How to Make a Flock Sampler CD

Often the best way to promote is the simplest; put Flock in people's hands. Physical CD's with the Flock installer on them will eliminate a step, making your friends, family, colleagues, and strangers even more likely to try it.

Steps:

• Get some cheap CD sleeves (paper sleeves with clear plastic fronts can be found for $5/100).
• Get some cheap blank CDs (you can find packs of blank CDs for $15/50 or even less if you look hard).
• Burn a bunch of copies of the Flock installer onto CDs (be sure to include both the Mac and PC versions).
• Print out quarter sheet posters (that would be 50% size at your local Kinkos and a little cut and paste action) on colored paper (no extra charge at kinkos). .
• Insert CDs and poster into CD sleeves, with the poster facing outwards through the clear plastic.
• Leave samplers in coffee shops, internet cafes, electronics/computer stores, and other relevant locations (please get permission if it is a retail store) or give to people you know. If someone asks you what that awesome browser your using is, hand them a sampler. Literally get Flock out into the world!
