Hi there. Does anybody know if you can run a executable or batch file directly from Flock by clicking on a link rather than having it save to the local computer? Firefox and IE allows you to either "Open" a file or "Save" it to your local disk though. Is that possible in Flock ?

Thanks for contacting us. I've been informed by our senior IT guy that this isn't possible unfortunately. He's also quite positive that it's not possible for the most recent versions of Firefox either.
The reason for this is that it is a big security risk. If you don't Save to Disk, your anti-virus, scanning software, won't have a chance to thoroughly check it out. Hopefully this answers your question!
