Hi,
I cannot access either of my e-mails (hotmail or orange), take action within my internet banking, log into play.com or access lots of other pages within sites that require passwords or me to input some data. I have tried enabling cookies but this has made no difference.

Thanks for letting us know. That is very strange. Have you tried to access these sites with other browsers? (i.e.: Firefox, Internet Explorer). Please let me know if you can sign in with either of these browsers.

Hi vicki,
Thanks for letting me know. If you cannot access these sites through another browser that means that this is not strictly a Flock issue. It means the issue could possibly with your internet service provider. Please contact your provider and they can let you know how to deal with it from there.
