My 'share this link via email' button doesn't work

Well the title more or less says it all. I can add that it also doesn't work from the 'send this link via email' button in the file menu. However it does seem to work from the webmail button in the Flock toolbar. What's the deal?

What email provider are you using? I just tried the "send link via email" menu option, and it successfully opened Gmail and included the page title and link.

"Share this link via email" button trouble. When I click it, my Gmail composer opens, but nothing else happens--no link appears in the email's body and no subject line appears. Has worked for me before--sometimes off-and-on--but lately, it hasn't worked at all. Gmail is my email service of choice, and I am using Flock 1.2.4. I am grateful for any help you can give me.

Until someone finds a fix for this problem, you can use the Firefox extensions "Email This." https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3102 It is compatible with Flock beta. In the mean time, I will miss my Flock button :(

Hello everyone,

Thanks for letting us know. This issue has been fixed for Flock version 1.2.5 (as it did not affect 2.0). This has been noted on this thread: http://www.flock.com/node/61677.

Version 1.2.5 should be scheduled for release sometime in August as we are awaiting other crucial fixes. We thank you in advance for your patience on this matter.
