Text overlap

Hi,

I'm new to Flock but I have a problem with my text. I have version 1.2.1. Whenever a page downloads, the text overlaps to the point that I cannot read it. I have increased the font size and have it set so that it doesn't reset to normal ever page. Is there a fix for this or do I just have to change font size on every page?

Please keep answer as simple as possible.

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know. There was a couple of questions I was hoping to ask you: Does this happen on all pages or just one in particular? Can you possibly send me a URL link and/or a screenshot please?

The more details you can provide the better chance I have of hunting down the issue! Thanks so much.

It happens on every page. Sometimes the page that loads is not lined up right. Like if the text is set up as a list, one part is lined up properly and the other is on the right side of the screen. I forgot how to send a screen shot.

Donna, I expect that the problem you are complaining about is what is shown on the righthand side of the attached image, where the text overlaps and gets cut off. The new version of Firefox, version 3, will resize images when you resize text on the page, as seen on the lefthand side. This helps keep everything in proportion. Flock 2.0 will be based on Firefox 3, and I can guarantee to you that it will zoom better. :-)

Firefox 3 will be officially released on 17 June 2008, and from what people at Flock say, Flock 2.0 should be released to the public relatively shortly.

Thank you Chris, yes that is what I was talking about. I can't wait for Flock 2.0 and I don't want to change my browser, so I can live with this for a while. :)

I'm sorry for the double post, I get confused very easily and clicked the wrong button.

Thank you also, Jen, you gave me the information I needed to help you understand my problem. :)
