I have the same problem only I'm on Mac OS X 10.5.3.
It crashed before upgrading and now I can't uninstall and reinstall a fresh copy.

k, when you try to uninstall Flock, what happens? Do you get an error (and if so, what does it say)? Do you have the same problem running Safari, as the original poster suggested she did?
I'm on Windows and won't be able to help, but additional info might help the folks at Flock.
