I read a couple of the other threads and it mentioned that you were looking for new ways to promote Flock. Well since it is supposed to be a "Social Browser", I think you should add instant messaging capabilities through a rebranded version of Pidgen. It is open source, runs on multiple platforms and supports the most common IM networks available today.

The only downside is that it is GPL instead of a Mozilla or Berkeley style OS license. Still it is something that should be considered.
