Hey Flockstars,

As we noted in March, Flock's community is growing.  I have been lucky enough to work with and be part of an amazing, passionate, vocal community so far, and all signs point to this community of Flockstars growing in coolness as well as size.

As you have seen me say time and time again, your feedback is very important to us.  We are building this browser for YOU, and making the collective you happy is our primary goal.  This manifests in many ways: integrating services that you clamor for (like Picasa), working with you to quickly and efficiently crush bugs, bridging the gap and meeting you where you hang out (www.twitter.com/flocker), etc.

Your awesome feedback pours into us through the forums, our feedback tool and social networks.  Several members of the team, including our executives, read this feedback daily and respond to as many as possible.  I personally have spent many a late night responding to your feature requests and comments.  Frequently, the love you have sent in gets emailed out to the staff.

However, we are growing and have been unable to keep up with the flood of your feedback. Another company might find a way to cut down on your feedback.  They might make it harder to find these tools (like my bank does!), give you preformatted responses saying "thanks for your interest", or simply not respond. Flock is not one of those companies.

And so, I am thrilled to introduce our newest team member.  Jen Anderberg started at Flock last week as our Community Support Lead. In the coming weeks she will take over more and more of the "support" side of your feedback, while I continue to concentrate on your feature requests, your general happiness with Flock, and helping you get the word out about the social browser.

Jen resides at Flock North, our Canadian office, and will also be assisting that team wherever they need it.  She is an English major and a smart cookie, and will undoubtably be filling many different roles, like we all do here at Flock.

Please give Jen a warm welcome and do please continue to send your feedback to www.flock.com/feedback, our forums, here on our blog or directly to me or Jen. We're very excited about being able to respond to you even quicker!

Un saludo

my name is Pierro and im from Germany.
I read some of your blogost, and i hope you can help me:

I try to contact you via Twitter (take a look in your replies with the @all option)
but you dont follow me back. Anyway. So i will start a try here.

I use the Browser named FLOCK. and i read a blogpost about
a FireFox extension called R-Kisok.
Because sounds great, I also tried it.
I use the Flock Browser. I install all the things
from the list, and now … please help me a step retour !
i always get a fullscreen . i can use the right mouse key, but . . No toolbar, no status or sidebar
How can i remove all the extensions ??
Now i use Opera

I know the remove option with FireFox -> start the safe mode and then ...
but How can i find the "safe mode" option for FLOCK ?

AND - yeah, i have read it about the remove option for firefox - safe modus - but i dont can find this option for the FLOCK browser

Please read the orginal Post about R-Kioskhere: http://specialkevin.com/?p=62
i hope you find a small moment of your time for my qustion

Keep on goin' Evan.
We're using Flock in our company too. I'm gonna join the community soon :)

Welcome Jen!
Feel free to mail me any feedback support in Spanish for me to (hopefully) resolve it or translate and send it back to you.
See u in IRC!

I want to send a warm welcome to you all from Greece. I am using Flock for some time now and it's already my default browser. I am the only one from my friends using it till now but I;m doing my best to advertise it. I just say to them that I LOVE IT. Still I would like to make some requests, if I may:
1. I would really like to see a deeper integration of the mail services. That is, I would like to log in to yahoo and Gogle mail WITHOUT having to bring their pages on the screen, but rather than just logging in from the flock menu directly. If that is possible it would be super cool.
2.I use a lot the blog editor but I miss some image and table handling capabilities and many times I am forced to use the blogger platform for editing my posts. PLEASE enhance the blog editor will you (the blogging add-on didn't help me much)
3. Finally sth simple. I see Evan's photo but where is Jen?

Thank you guys

Hi "Jen Anderberg"

Welcome to this great, growing community :)
Unlike others, it’s great to see Flock listening to us.

Thank You So Much Flock for your support and everything.

Hi Pierro,

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry we haven't gotten back to you yet, we have some catch up to do! To get into Safe Mode with Flock, this is what I'd do.

Do you have a Shortcut for Flock on your desktop?
If so, please Right-click the Icon and choose 'Properties'
Then in the line that says 'Target', don't erase anything, but click at the end of the line (so your mouse cursor is there).
Type 1 space, then type "-safe-mode" (no quotations), and hit OK.

Once you restart your browser it should be in Safe mode. From there, you should be able to remove your extensions by going "Tools", the top menu, and "Add-Ons". If you cannot remove your extensions there for some reason, let me know and we will look at an alternative route.

Please let me know if this solution works for you, and if not, we can go from there.

Thanks for choosing Flock!

Great News! You already have a support (with Flock button) from Bulgaria, too!

Keep the great job you're doing!

I believe I already had a correspondence with you last week about a technical problem. Great response on that btw! Good luck with the new job and glad to have you on the team at Flock.
