Hi!
I use happily my Netscape browser both in office and at home and have no intention to switch to a browser I never heard of. And I realy don't like these annoying flock-popups that started this week and update attempts that are as aggressive as Microsoft Explorer's.
Can you please make it possible for user to decide if he wants to switch to your product or not once for all and not every time he starts his prefered browser?
Thank you!
Zoran
PS: your contact form at About us doesn't work, so I'll try to post it here :-(

Hello,
The pop-up you are seeing was activated by Netscape/AOL, NOT Flock, because Netscape/AOL is ceasing support of the Netscape browser. This means that Netscape will be susceptible to malicious attacks, which is why they are so insistent that you get a new browser. They have recommended Flock as a replacement, but if you don't like Flock you can download Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari or Opera. They just want you to be safe. You can see their blog post on this subject at the Netscape blog.
You CAN turn off this popup, but we do not recommend continuing to use Netscape; you will be vulnerable to malicious attacks. To disable, follow these instructions:
-- In Netscape, choose Tools -> Extensions
-- select the "Netscape migrator" extension
-- choose uninstall
-- restart the browser
I'm sorry the contact us form didn't work for you, it seems to be working fine here. What exactly happened when you tried to submit?

After filling the form and klicking on the submit button nothing happened when NS 8.1.3 or IE 6.0 were used. With NS 9.0 the form worked fine.
Thanks for hints!
