We at Flock want to be sure all of our users have a great experience when participating as part of the Flock community. These Community Guidelines are here to help you understand what is expected of you when you participate as part of the community with other Flock users. Flock Inc. accepts no responsibility for the content you contribute, but we do enforce this policy.
We believe
- People are generally good - and their intentions are good as well.
- Everyone has something awesome to contribute.
- Personal responsibility is the cornerstone of a good community - we all need to accept this responsibility when participating.
Do
- Put the Golden Rule to work - treat other community members as you would like to be treated.
- Make new friends. The Flock community is full of great people with many different interests, so get to know some of them!
- Stay positive - this stuff can be a lot of fun!
- Trust your common sense at all times - if you do, you should be OK.
Don't
- Harass, abuse, belittle, impersonate or diss people - it won't help anyone.
- Be creepy, profane, vulgar or a jerk. We all need to demonstrate respect towards each other.
- Make a nuisance of yourself. People are there to help, but only if you are reasonable with them.
Or else
- You may get a warning, but don’t count on it. We will try to provide you feedback if there is a problem, but we will always put the needs of the broader community first.
- We’ll ban you and delete your content from our site if you will not participate appropriately. If behavior is extreme, we will take other actions needed.
If these guidelines are followed, we believe that all Flock users will have a terrific experience when participating with other Flock community members.
