I have multiple Twitter accounts. Why does Flock sometimes switch between them without asking?
If you have two Twitter accounts, Flock will sometimes get confused and switch between them. To avoid this, make sure that when you log out of one Twitter account, you do so via the People sidebar. If you only log out via the Twitter webpage, Flock will not necessarily realize you logged out.
No, we haven't been living in a small, dark cave without internet access for 6 years. We are aware that MySpace is one of the largest social networks around, and we, like you, would like to see it integrated into Flock's People sidebar.
Until early 2008, MySpace had no developer platform available with which to build quality Flock integration. We're pleased to have been given access to this platform when it launched and have been working to build MySpace into Flock. We previewed an early build of it at MySpace's Developer Platform launch.
The skinny: MySpace integration in Flock will arrive in 2008.
Why do I see more than one "is" for Facebook status in the People Sidebar?
Facebook has a made a change to their website that is causing Flock to show more than one "is" in the status instead of just one. This fix is available in version 1.0.3 of Flock. If you are still seeing this error, please go to the Help menu and select "Check for updates...". This will update you to the latest version of Flock.
Why does the People sidebar always say I have new Direct Messages on Twitter?
Twitter has no concept of read/unread for Direct Messages. Flock is accurately reflecting this by showing the total number of Direct Messages you have in the People sidebar. You can either delete direct messages to lower this number or contact Twitter and request that they add read/unread status for Direct Messages.
