Will came to Flock from Walmart.com where he was the Lead Information Architect, responsible for Music Downloads, Custom CDs, Physical CDs, and Digital Photography. Prior to that, he was the User Experience Architect for GTECH corporation, where he built the UX team.
Will is passionate about doing great things for the user because after all, what's the point of spending all the time, energy and money on something that no one wants to do or understands? He believes very strongly in the Doblin Group venn diagram: great innovation comes from the intersection of three perspectives -- what's desirable to the user (Experience Strategy and Design), what's viable in the marketplace (Business Strategy and Architecture), and what's possible (Technical Strategy and Architecture).
Will’s favorite beverage is whatever kind of green tea you can put in front of him. His latest addiction has been Jasmine Pearl tea.
This is Will’s second time living in the Bay Area and he and his wife Cindy are thrilled to be back in California enjoying the sunshine and wonderful local vineyards.
